About the Role:

Techlerator's client, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is searching for a talented Backend Developer to contribute to the design and implementation of scalable backend solutions. This role is perfect for a developer passionate about building high-performance systems that drive business success. Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices to support enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
  • Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and clean coding principles.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technologies and frameworks, recommending enhancements to the existing tech stack.
  • Document development processes, architecture, and technical decisions to ensure knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Engage in Agile practices, contributing to sprint planning and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.


Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in backend development, with proficiency in C#, .NET, or Python.
  • Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), including experience with serverless computing and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of secure coding practices and data protection principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
